Profile

I am a results-focused engineering leader who cares deeply about the growth of the people on my teams. I believe strong teams create strong products and creating a powerful development culture creates a winning company. I have recruited world-class talent to build new teams as well as stabilized and trained existing teams to modernize their products and development processes. I am comfortable leading large and small teams in-person or fully remote. I have experience building strong intra-company shareholder networks needed to drive strategic goals and interfacing directly with clients as a technical spokesperson. The majority of my career has been with teams building native iOS/Android and HTML/JavaScript frontends backed with cloud based ASP.NET and MEAN stack APIs running in AWS, Tanzu/PCF or Azure. I have also led teams creating desktop, Java/Ruby backend services and Unity3D VR applications. I'm focused on setting a competitive technology roadmap, increasing customer satisfaction, improving efficiency, and building return on investment.
