Cross Platform Apps
I prefer to write native apps for improved performance and functionality but I am versed in Unity and Xamarin to quickly create a solution for multiple vectors at once
I'm from Idaho. I lead software product teams. I do iOS, Android, Web and Game Development
See What I've DoneI have 12 years experience working in the desktop, web and mobile space. I've worked for small businesses, broad marketing agencies, large corporations and scrappy government agencies
I jumped into this with both feet when the iPhone made it big. To this day it remains my core skill and bread and butter. There are always new things being added to it that make it relevant and fun to play with. I play well with both Swift and Objective C
When a client needed an Android app to go along with their iOS app I jumped at the chance and have loved the huge ecosystem that Android development provides. I make several Android apps for clients each year to keep fresh and active. I write in Java
I've done a lot of work in the experiential marketing area and a lot of big companies wanted fun VR, AR and mobile game experiences to excite and entertain their customers. I have a lot of experience with the Unity game engine and have recently started learning the Unreal engine as well
I've been working in the web space for years. I've done a lot of websites over the years. From full scale social networks to small scale ecommerce and landing sites. I like to write standard HTML, CSS, Javascript, CouchDB, and PHP, but have been dragged into the modern world of Angular, Sass, Less, Node JS, ModoDB, and Ruby
I've had a varied career that has brought me in contact with a lot of technology that most don't get time to work with
I prefer to write native apps for improved performance and functionality but I am versed in Unity and Xamarin to quickly create a solution for multiple vectors at once
I've made apps that work with RFID and barcode scanners, Kinect, magstrip readers, ibeacons, bluetooth devices and more. I've made a lot of random stuff to make new and cool client experiences. I'm really hoping for a real robot someday
I've plugged into some of the biggest APIs and built several platforms for clients and employers. I have experience with different database and server structures. MySQL or NoSQL. Parse Server, Heroku, AWS
I've made a lot of VR apps since the Oculus and Vive came out. I've also made Cardboard and Gear apps. I have done some work with Wikitude and Vuforia's AR SDKs and have really gotten excited about AR Kit for iOS and hope to make similar things for Android once Google's Tango project goes mainstream
Why make six versions of the same app when you could make one? I always work to make the most adaptive and expandable design to have things work and fit on desktop monitors, laptops, tablets, phablets, phones and more
I've built high security apps where protecting user data is paramount and found technology solutions to red tape problems
I've been working in the industry for a while now. I've lead teams on large projects. For awhile there I thought I was going to be a doctor. I got a bachelor's degree in Biology from BYU-Idaho and went to medical school at UNR for 2 years then realized I preferred programming and went back to what I enjoyed
